In July 2008, the Naasautit: Inuit Health Statistics project Management Group was formed to:

1. Bring together the six partner organizations in the Naasautit : Inuit Health Statistics project for planning and joint decision-making.

2. Ensure that the perspective of each of the regional partners is respected and included in the project’s activities.

3. Provide a means for regular communications about the project through monthly teleconferences and face-to-face meetings when time and budgets permit.

4. Work together to identify/reflect regional priorities in health statistics.
